Socage Iberica ended 2012 with a delivery of an articulated truck mount to Alquifàcil, a Spain-based rental company.

The DA324 was the second unit sold by Socage to Alquifàcil last year, with a T315 telescopic platform being the first.

The DA324 is a double articulated unit that can be mounted on any type of vehicle from 5.6 tonnes. It has a maximum working height of 28 m and outreach of 16 m, with a safe working load of 225 kg.

"We had platforms up to 21 m height. After analyzing the market we decided to launch a 24 m MEWP into our rental fleet to attract new customers,” said a spokesman from Alquifàcil.

“We believe that the smooth movement of the platform and the fact that all pipes and cables are inside the boom makes this unit more interesting and versatile compared to other machines,” added the spokesman.
