Russian crane manufacturer Avtokran, based in Ivanovo, has released results for the first nine months of 2013.

During this period, production of Ivanovec truck cranes increased by more than 27 % to 1,655 units.

Sergey Eremin, Avtokran first deputy general director, said, “Our plant shows higher growth rates of production compared to other Russian crane companies. This was made possible thanks to large-scale modernisation and high-tech production.”

Around 200 million roubles (US$ 6 million) has been invested in the production plant up to 2013, a company spokesperson added.
