Manitowoc has launched the latest in the Potain Igo range of tower cranes, the T 130, at Germany's Bauma exhibition.

Maximum capacity is 8 tonnes to 13.2 m radius and it will lift 1.4 tonnes at the end of the 50 m jib. In luffing configuration maximum radius is 43.6 m. Height under hook is 42.39 m, or 43.6 m in luffing configuration.

The new crane also has the company's new Ultra View Cab to be fitted on new tower crane models.

The cab has a volume of 5.7 cubic metres, and appointments include dedicated storage areas, a table and electrical sockets, a wide angle of visibility and 9 square metres of glass.
