Danish dealer acquired by Palfinger

The Palfinger Group has acquired its Danish dealer, Palfinger Danmark, from Stiholt Holding.
The purchase agreement includes the continued employment of all employees and the continuation of the sales and service network.
Jens Kristoffersen will continue as CEO of Palfinger Danmark.
Palfinger Danmark, which has imported and distributed Palfinger cranes for more than 20 years, employs around 20 staff at two locations and primarily distributes truck mounted loader cranes, timber and recycling cranes, and hooklifts.
