Demolition Awards entries close in five weeks

22 June 2015

The deadline for entries to the various categories in the 2015 World Demolition Awards is just five weeks away. The closing date is Friday 31 July 2015, and no entries will be accepted after this date.

Details on putting entries together is available at www.demolitionsummit.com but should you have any questions regarding making a submission please contact D&Ri editor Lindsay Gale at lindsay.gale@khl.com or by telephone on +44 (0)1892 786210.

Entries for the 2015 Awards should cover demolition and related work that either started or was completed during the period July 2014 through to June 2015. Entries can be made for contracts that began before July 2014 provided they were completed during the above timeframe. Entries can also be made covering contracts begun during this timeframe where work is currently still on-going but the basis for the entry must be for elements of the contract that have already been completed.

The basic criteria is simple – the judges will want all entrants to tell them why they think their company, project or product is special, and why it should be selected as a winner.

Companies can submit entries for more than one award, and more than one entry per category, should they so wish. However, specific projects may only be entered for one category, i.e. Contract of the Year or Urban Demolition Award, not both. There is no charge for entering.
