Austrian compact crusher manufacturer Rubble Master has received a 2007 Award of the Federal Republic of Germany in Silver for its RM70 compact tracked crusher. These awards are sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology to foster economic growth and were characterised by Economics Minister Michael Glos as being for “technical innovation and good design – these are the decisive factors in lifting products and communication services from out of the ordinary and increasing their potential in the market place.” The German Design Council, on behalf of the Ministry, announces

Twenty-five Gold and Silver awards each year to companies and designers whose achievements distinguish themselves in the marketplace through high levels of design quality, serviceability, ecological value and innovation. Entry to the awards is restricted to products and communications services that have already been awarded a national or international award in the preceding five years for their design.

The Company's RM80 mobile crusher has also been recognised, this time by BBB, the leading Austrian construction trade journal. The RM80 has 2007–the award is presented for construction engineering services, design concepts and developments that are produced in Austria for specialist construction equipment.
