Help with ipaf rental+ status

IPAF Rental+ is an independent quality mark awarded to IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) member rental companies who have been audited to meet defined standards in customer service, safety, staff training, contract terms and machine inspection. Each audited company gets a return visit from the auditors every year. The audit includes training, booking, maintenance and delivery. The inspHire software can help manage the paperwork connected to achieving IPAF Rental+ and, in that way, makes it much easier to demonstrate the traceability required by IPAF.
InspHire can hold driver certificates, hire desk personnel certificates, equipment specification documents and personnel certificates for Lifting Operators and Lifting Equipment Regulations, demonstrating that delivery drivers, operators, service and maintenance engineers, pre-delivery inspectors and hire desk staff have appropriate training.
Completed site survey questionnaires can be kept in the software and the terms and conditions sent with quotes or rental contracts can be stored. This shows that the right questions have been asked to ascertain what machine is best for the job, and a site survey offered if necessary.
All appropriate pre-delivery inspection, maintenance paperwork and records must be kept.
Scheduled servicing and maintenance of equipment is tracked by inspHire and can be integrated to MapPoint. Service and maintenance reports are generated by inspHire creating a history for the life of the machine.
When a machine is handed over to a customer, there must be an offer of a demonstration of the machine. There must also be proof of this question having been asked, and there should be a system in place to deal with circumstances in which this familiarisation is not possible. InspHire allows standard documents to be amended to include signature boxes when deferring demonstrations and notifications e-mailed to the client. IPAF also verifies that a company has processes and policies in place for dealing with issues such as customer satisfaction, insurance, and health and safety. InspHire stores a full audit trail. Mandatory business processes within inspHire instil discipline in the hire process.
