Hire Association Europe announces AWP events

In a move to increase knowledge about powered access equipment in the plant and tool hire sector, Hire Association Europe is holding a series of regional events for members and non members.
The first event will take place 17 November at the Cedar Court Hotel in Wakefield, UK, between 6pm and 8pm. The Wakefield event will feature the following presentations:
- Giles Councell, director of operations at IPAF, will provide an association update from IPAF, including accident reporting.
- Brian Parker, business development manager, technical support at AFI, will cover concerns over misinterpretation of ground conditions by principal contractors and sub-contractors .
- Dean Marks, european sales manager at Skyjack will talk about the latest materials handling solutions .
- Mark Atkinson, health and safety manager at Clugstons, will outline the MEWP Toolkit requirements .
