Inside the portal over the building bay the IHI JCC-V600S crane base has reached the top building level. The tower is fixed by large anchor screws with the yellow Yoshinaga foundation frame equipped with four hydraulic outriggers. They in turn are temporarily secured to the steel framework of the building by two sets of anchor screws at each corner. Recovery derricks provide access for the anchor screw installation. As soon as the portal is again disconnected from the upper climbing frame (red), the upper crane will climb up alongside its tower to reach the maximum free standing height and restart work
