City University of Hong Kong's new Creative Media Centre, designed by Studio Daniel Libeskind, is planned for Cornwall Street, Kowloon Tong as an extension to the University's Tat Chee Avenue campus. The Centre will comprise two parts - the Academic Facility and the Public Outreach Facility - and will be a hybrid of reinforced concrete, structural steel and glass. Covering an area of 7674 m2 it has a gross floor space of 32800 m2 over nine levels to a maximum height of 135 m. Structural, geotechnical and civil engineering design is by Arup.
