Demand for the Red Rhino 7000 Plus has led to a new production facility

Demand for the Red Rhino 7000 Plus has led to a new production facility

Micro crusher specialist Red Rhino is in the process of constructing a new £1 million (US$1.5 million) purpose built factory adjacent to its existing facility in Grantham, UK,. The new facility will provide a 50% increase in capacity, improved production efficiency, new offices and a dedicated training and testing centre for new crushers.

The new facility will take up 20,000 square feet on a 100,000 square foot site and is due to open in September 2013. Red Rhino said that the new factory is required to meet the increased demand from waste transfer stations, municipalities and construction companies as a result of their focus on business efficiency and becoming greener.

Sales and marketing director Jason Purliant said in a statement: “the growing demand for the recently developed 7000 Plus to the existing range means that medium scale crushing on site can be achieved in a very affordable way. Sales of the 7000 Plus with the grizzly vibrating table have revolutionised the way construction and demolition companies handle waste on site.”
