UK-based IPS has promoted Stuart Parker to the new role of national accounts manager.

Mr Parker will manage relationships with existing key accounts and identify opportunities for further growth. He will report to parts sales director Dave Faulkner and also work closely with Kevin Shadbolt, operations director for IAPS Group, which owns IPS.

Mr Shadbolt said, “Stuart is a very experienced professional who is a real asset to the parts team at IPS. In his new role he will provide an additional level of focus and support to our existing national accounts, while helping to further grow this important area of our business.”

Mr Parker has worked in the access industry since April 1999. He joined Genie UK working in various roles for 10 years before moving to Access Platform Sales (APS) as parts manager, then transferred to IPS in 2013 when it merged with APS to form IAPS Group. He will be based at IAPS Group headquarters in Telford, Shropshire, but will travel the UK extensively. His new role commences 19 October.
