MEWP manufacturer JLG and equipment rental giant Riwal have held a joint event at this APEX exhibition, currently taking place in Maastricht, The Netherlands, to celebrate their longstanding partnership - which stretches back to 1986 and saw Riwal become a JLG distributor in 1995.

Over 300 of the companies’ partners and customers were invited to the event, which was opened by JLG’s General Manager Karel Huijser and Riwal CEO Pedro Torres.

“We are delighted to welcome so many valued partners tonight at this wonderful venue,” said Torres. “The long-term relationship between JLG and Riwal is all about partnership. In the 28 years of our official distributorship, we have witnessed the rental market mature and develop”, said Torres.

Huijser added, “We are so much more than just supplier and customer. Riwal and JLG continuously strive for innovation together. Therefore, it is of great value to us to be able to share knowledge and market insights with our network. On a night like this, we can enjoy this inspiring environment to join forces and strengthen our bonds, continuing these relationships.

“We are very proud of our long-standing relationship with Riwal, which is based on trust and a shared focus on the needs of our customers.”

Torres, concluded: “Tonight is a perfect opportunity to celebrate the success of our cooperation. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in the years to come, supporting each other to better serve our customers, and shaping the future of the industry together.”
