Auto-Klug operates from eight different locations in Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.

The crane is now the largest at the location and will be used predominantly for mast erection, concrete erection and transformer handling projects.

The unit was chosen for its 66 metre telescopic boom and will replace a 120 tonne crane in the company’s fleet.

Werner Glück, owner and managing director of Alfred Klug said, “The 66 metre boom was an important decision criterion for us. Liebherr also scores with ease of operation, reliability, and good and fast availability with regard to service and spare parts.”

It comes equipped with VarioBase variable outrigger base.
