Linamar says Ken McDougall still in charge at Skyjack

Linamar Corp said Ken McDougall remains in charge of Skyjack despite his current reassignment to the group's Mexican powertrain business.

In a memo to Skyjack employees, Linamar's president, Jim Jarrell, confirmed that Mr McDougall had taken on additional responsibilities for PowerTrain, but said; "Ken's reassignment in no way diminishes the attention or support that will be given to the Skyjack Group."

Mr Jarrell said Linamar remained totally committed to the Skyjack business, and added; "Skyjack's well established, long serving management team will continue to operate the business under the stewardship of Ken McDougall and myself."

Mr McDougall has extensive previous experience of the PowerTrain group and has good links to its customer base, including companies like Ford.
