Loxam named leader in sustainability

Loxam has been awarded a first place rating for its sustainability performance following an audit by standards agency Vigeo Eiris.

LoxamHune, part of the Loxam Group - said it’s the first company in the Spanish equipment rental sector become CO2 neutral. It measures and tracks its carbon footprint via the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge’s registry.

The assessment carried out by Vigeo Eiris, a subsidiary of ratings agency Moody’s, looked at Loxam’s corporate sustainability responsibility (CSR) policy in its entirety.

A team of experts audited the strategies and resources used by the company for specific tasks and assessed the results.
