Mikael Kämpe of Ramirent completes IAPA judging panel

Mikael Kämpe director of group fleet at Finnish rental giant Ramirent has agreed to join the other eminent industry members on the IAPA judging panel.

Mr Kämpe is a B.Sc. (Eng.) and has worked at Ramirent since 2004 in a number of roles, primarily responsible for purchasing. "We are delighted to add Mr Kämpe's considerable experience to that of the other judges," said Maria Hadlow editor of Access International.

The other members of the panel are: Wayne Lawson, JLG vice president and managing director of EAME as well as being IPAF president; Gordon Leicester managing director and owner of Facelift and designer of the revolutionary ZT Safety Systems harness; Andy Studdert, chief executive officer of NES Rentals and Richard Tindale, global sales and marketing director of Snorkel.

"Choosing winners of the IAPAs is no easy task," said Ms Hadlow, "we receive a lot of entries and the categories are very fiercely contested with some very high quality submissions. We really appreciate our judges time and their invaluable contribution."

The awards take place in Rome on 29 March 2012 at the Sheraton Roma Hotel following the IPAF Summit.
