Andy Studdert, chairman and chief executive officer of NES Rentals Holdings, Inc., was honored with the Heritage Award at the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago’s Annual Heroes Breakfast held on April 17, 2013 at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago.

The Heritage Award recognizes individuals that promote corporate responsibility to employees, consumers and the public.

“It is an honor to receive this Heritage Award for myself and NES Rentals as we continuously strive to put safety and preparedness at the forefront of the industry,” Studdert said.

The Heroes Breakfast celebrates individuals who exemplify the mission of the Red Cross in the most inspiring ways. These heroes have responded to the unexpected, saving lives and creating safer communities.

NES Rentals has been one of the numerous corporate sponsors of the event for the past seven years. Event attendance has grown from 350 to 750 people, and it raised $1 million for the Red Cross at this year’s event.
