Time Manufacturing has announced the appointment of Curt Howell as its new CEO, following the retirement of Charles Wiley.

Headquartered in Waco, Texas, Time manufactures aerial lifts under the brands Versalift and Condor, primarily serving the telecom and electric utility end markets.

Mr Wiley was at Time for  46 years and has presided over tremendous growth during his 26 years as CEO, said the company.  "Charles' lasting impact on the business is evidenced in the company's strong culture and impressive results," said Mr Howell, who replaces him at the company. "Charles has been responsible for building a platform for growth, and we thank him for his dedication to Time."  Mr Wiley will stay on at the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr Howell joins Time from BigTex Trailers where he led the growth and sale of the company, before its merger with American Trailer Works. Prior to his work at BigTex, Mr Howell spent 30 years in the automotive and light industrial industries.

"We thank Charles for building such a strong company," said Kent Wallace, a partner at The Sterling Group, which in February announced it was acquiring Time Manufacturing Company from O’Flaherty Holdings. "We are fortunate to have a strong leader in Curt in his place and look forward to working with the entire team to continue to deliver best-in-class products and service to customers."
