Hanix has introduced its new mini excavator, the H55DR, into the UK. Previously seen only in prototype form, this new 5.5 tonne zero tail swing model features a floating cab similar in size to cabs found on standard excavators that produces minimal internal noise and vibration. Control is via joysticks and load sensing hydraulics, and improved engine efficiency results in a 5% reduction in fuel consumption.
