Attendees to KHL's traditional Champagne & Strawberries reception at ConExpo 2011 in the US were in optimistic mood.

A record number of senior management figures from the world's leading construction, demolition, lifting and rental equipment manufacturing companies gathered in the Las Vegas sunshine to network and share the "feel good" factor that the industry is once more on-the-up.

Commenting on the hugely successful reception, James King, KHL managing director, said, "The industry seems to be breathing a collective sigh of relief that the worst of the downturn is over in Las Vegas this week and what better way to celebrate than at KHL's traditional Champagne & Strawberries reception."

KHL's world-renowned journalistic team were at the event, reporting the latest inside information ahead of the pack.

The KHL editorial team have been reporting from the show, updating the company's website, www.khl.com, with breaking, on-the-spot reporting, and producing a daily e-newsletter, which was sent to more than 50,000 industry professionals worldwide every day.
