Plans revealed for ‘world’s tallest’ residential tower

Dubai-based real estate developer, Select Group, has announced the launch of Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina – set to be the tallest residential tower globally at a height reaching 517m.

Located in the Dubai Marina district, the luxury 122-storey development will offer panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour Beachfront, Emirates Golf Course, Dubai Marina, Blue Waters and Ain Dubai.

The project is under the architectural guidance of WSP Middle East and Woods Bagot. 

The development is at 25% completion and is scheduled for handover in 2028.

The tower will have an 109th-floor Skydeck, cardio, strength and functional gyms, virtual cycling and boxing studios, an infinity pool, ice baths, salt room, bio, Finnish and infrared saunas, sound healing room, massage suites, indoor and outdoor cinemas.

Currently, the tallest residential building in the world is Central Park Tower in Manhattan, New York City, US. It was topped out at a height of 472m in 2019.
