Porr awarded another Europaallee contract

Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) has awarded Porr Suisse the €140 million contractor for lot F of the Europaallee near the main station in the centre of Zurich.

The company was previously awarded the first phase of the project in July 2015, worth approximately €180 million.

The Europaallee will have a floor area of around 47,000m² and a construction volume of 160,400m³. It will comprise of 172 apartments as well as service areas, retail and restaurant space. The project is expected to be completed in April 2019.
