Riwal launches new website

The aerial work platform and telehandler rental specialist has reworked its website to offer a number of new functionalities aimed at improving customer service. For example, the new site offers a “product-wizard”, which enables visitors to quickly find machines meeting their requirements.

In addition, the new site provides an online catalogue of machines from both the rental fleet and the used equipment sales fleet with specifications photographs and downloads.

The new website has a responsive design and can adapt to any size screen, whether a laptop, Smartphone or tablet.

Kris Desmedt, Riwal’s marketing & communications manager, commented, “Launching the new website is another example of Riwal’s commitment to delivering the highest level of service toward our customers and prospects.

"The new website is currently in place at the corporate level and at the Dutch country organisation. It will be rolled out throughout each region and country later this year.”
