An all-new website has gone live from Sandvik Construction that the company said has been constructed to be easily navigable with simple yet concise features, Sandvik said that the new site is set to become a major resource for the world’s construction industry.

It has been developed from the perspective of providing customers with information tailored to their specific requirements irrespective of where they are in the world and whatever their business and application. In addition, specific dealer portals and access areas have been created to allow distributors to access information more easily. This will also be of direct benefit to the company’s customers by ensuring improved communication as well providing the highest levels of customer service and aftermarket care.

Of the new website, Satu Rämö, Global Marketing Communication Manager commented: “Our customers want to know about our latest developments, find information about how our equipment may help them, read news and case stories from around the world, and vitally, how they can ensure their investment with us is maximised. It is not just a tool for us to communicate messages to our customers however, but vitally, to develop a two-way relationship that will allow our customers, and dealers, to enhance their relationship with us.”

The website is now live as of the 30th March 2015, and may be found at the following address: http://www.construction.sandvik.com/
