“We are excited to have Jacques joining the JlG Customer Care team,” said Jean-François Sourdoire. “JLG is very conscious of the importance of telemetry to enable customers to reduce total cost of ownership and to better support units on the job today. The company is also aware of the many possibilities in the future to integrate with ERP, rental software, etc. and is committed to develop its own system to support customers on a tailor-made basis.”

Mr Valckenaere has been in many industries and in 2009 became OEM development manager at M-TEC/Trackunit in Denmark. In this role, he introduced several key OEMs to the importance of telematics, and to integrate telemetry in their sales and marketing program, said JLG.
