NESCO Sales and Rentals has acquired Utility Equipment Leasing Corp. (UELC), which adds more than 500 pieces of utility equipment to NESCO’s fleet.

The announcement comes just six months after NESCO bought 250 utility trucks from Penske Truck Leasing Co.

The purchase includes three of UELC’s service centers in Waukesha, WI, Fort Worth, TX and Ontario, CA.

“Acquiring UELC further broadens NESCO’s fleet offering and expands our customer base and ability to service our customers’ equipment needs nationwide,” said Lee Jacobsen, NESCO CEO.

“The acquisition solidifies our position as one of the premier service and equipment providers in the utility and telecommunications rental markets.”

NESCO is an authorized distributor for Elliott Equipment, Manitex Cranes, National Crane and Terex Utilities.
