Video: The making of the new Genoa Bridge

Italian construction company Salini Impregilo’s video animation demonstrates the speed and skill with which the soon-to-be-completed Genoa Bridge is being designed and constructed.

Amid the coronavirus crisis, Salini, along with its joint venture construction partner Fincantieri, has raced ahead with the project, using its ‘fast-track’ model, in an effort to restore Genoa’s position as a major port and commercial hub.

Nicola Meistro, general manager domestic operations at Salini Impregilo, said, “It is the success of a marvellous, cohesive team.
