The new branch for ALE – their 11th in Europe – will enable the company to target clients working in traditional sectors in Italy

ALE announced the opening of its 11th branch in Europe, in Milan, Italy. It is the first branch the international heavy lift and transport company has opened in the country.

The company will target clients working in traditional sectors, including power generation, ports, civil, nuclear, offshore, renewables, oil, gas and petrochemical, and shipyards with engineering, heavy transportation and lifting services.

Alberto Pittaluga, managing director at ALE in Italy, said, “We have been operating in Europe for many years. We wanted to set up a branch in Milan so we could focus on assisting the Italian industry working across countries where ALE executes heavy lifting and heavy transport activities.

“We have appointed a dedicated team led by Paolo Arfani who can utilise our global network of specialised experience and equipment to maximise the business development opportunities. This is an exciting time for ALE and we look forward to expanding our services to the Italian industry internationally.”

ALE has more than 30 branches worldwide, ten of them in the European countries of Poland, Norway, Germany, Russia, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, France and two in the UK.
