Ahern Australia has been appointed as the exclusive distributor for Ruthmann Bluelift tracked platforms.

Bluelift was founded by the Marti family in 2004, and in 2016 became Ruthmann Italia, a division of truck mount specialist Ruthmann Group.

Ahern Australia, the sales and service provider for Snorkel lifts and Xtreme Manufacturing telehandlers, will provide spare parts and technical support for the full range of lithium and hybrid lifts, through its existing nationwide network of field service engineers.

Glenn Martin, managing director of Ahern Australia, said, “There is strong demand for tracked spider lifts in this market, and they are a complementary product to the Snorkel and Xtreme Manufacturing lines that we already offer to our customer base. This partnership not only strengthens our single-source offering to our existing customers but will also help us to unlock additional market opportunities.”

Gianpiero Marti, sales director, of Ruthmann Italia, said, “Ahern Australia operates from four branches in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, and is backed by a well-established field sales and service team, delivering nationwide coverage.”
