Lift-A-Loft has recently delivered a special fixed mounted lift system to a customer working in the aerospace Industry. This customer had a critical inspection requirement that spread over a long distance at variable heights: the MS42 was designed to meet this customer's specific needs.

The unit is fixed mounted and operates off of 110V AC power; it offers a very low minimum platform height of 0.25 m (10 in) and can elevate to a maximum height of 1.06 m (42 in). The entire platform can shift up to 0.6 m (24 in) forward at any elevation. MS42 has a 454 kg (1000 lb) capacity and the platform is 11.3 m (37 ft) long, because of this, the MS42 was constructed in two detachable sections that are specially designed to remain synchronised when they are connected.
