H&E Equipment Services, Inc. recently consolidated its Baltimore and Jessup, MD branch operations into one, brand new building in Dundalk, MD.

The new store is located at 2111 Grays Road, Dundalk, MD and will serve the states of Maryland, Delaware and the Washington D.C. area.

H&E said, "The new branch facility is much larger than the original stores, with 40,000 square feet of office and shop space that sits on 15 acres of property. In order to better serve customers, new, used and rental equipment inventories have been expanded. In addition, a large portion of the new building has been devoted to the product support side of the business with 18 service bays and a 9,000 square foot parts warehouse."

The branch specializes in heavy earthmoving equipment, cranes, aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, and general construction equipment.

“Due to growth, and the close proximity of our prior stores, it made a lot of operational sense to combine these two locations into one store. The efficiencies we gain will significantly improve customer service; expand our product support and service capabilities; grow our rental fleet; and help ensure success in the future. Now our new facility is more centralized to a majority of our business and more convenient to most of our customers,” said Michael Criswell, H&E's Baltimore branch manager.

In addition to equipment rentals, the facility provides new and used equipment sales, in-shop and mobile service, a comprehensive parts inventory, training and other value-added services.
