Rolf Herbold based in Öhringen, Germany, has taken delivery of a new Liebherr LTM 1070-4.2 wheeled mobile telescopic crane.

The 70 tonne capacity model has a 50 metre boom and the VarioBase support system, LICCON controller for safer operation and a remote control system. The new crane was ordered to replace a 14-year-old 60 tonne capacity LTM 1060/2. It joins a fleet of seven mobile cranes with load capacities ranging from 30 to 120 tonnes, a spokesperson said.
