Italian truck-mount specialist, Isoli has introduced a new 14.35 m truck mounted platform, MPT 140 with a platform insulated to 1000 V.

The MPT 140 is mounted on a Nissan Cabstar and is a compact unit: 4.95 m long and with the outriggers deployed the overall width of the unit can still be under 2.2 m meaning it should fit in a standard parking space.

The machine is suitable for working in a tight city or pedestrianised locations. The total weight of the MPT 140 is under 3 t and can be equipped with storage boxes that can be used to store your equipment and materials. Gabriele Valli of Isoli said, "Our MPT 140 is generally much lighter than equivalent working height self propelled platforms, so can be used on a wider range of applications."

The MPT 140 on a Nissan Cabstar has a rotatable basket +/-90° which can be kept flush to larger surface areas without needing to continually re-set, up and down. The machine has a 7 m outreach and the basket can accommodate 200 kg throughout the working envelop.

The boom can also be mounted on a land rover chassis with a 3500 kg GVW; it can also be mounted on Iveco, Merceds, Transit and Renault chassis.
