Middle East cooperation

Following the establishment of a cooperative agreement between Street Crane Co Ltd in the UK and Ace Crane Systems of Dubai, four new 17.5 tonne main hoists have been supplied by Street for installation by Ace in the Kestrel development at the DUBAL aluminium smelting facility in Dubai. In addition, three complete cranes were supplied for a new power station, together with hoists and power control systems for the cast house cranes. Street has also gone in to partnership with Syscon in Bahrain, and is looking for similar technical partners in other countries in the region.
