Molson Group brings Keestrack to Hillhead

25 May 2016

Bristol, United Kingdom-based Keestrack partner Molson Group will represent three models from the mobile recycling applications and aggregate production specialist’s range of products at the Hillhead exhibition later this month.

The complete programme includes 15 different scalpers and screens, eight tracked crushers and three stackers. Full mobility through compact dimensions and low transport weights, class leading operation and service features and modern cost-saving and eco-friendly drive concepts are key characteristics of the Keestrack technology.

At Hillhead 2016 the Keestrack C8 track-mounted large-scale screening unit makes its UK debut. The very flexible units feature a highly efficient double screen unit with large surfaces (2 x 6,000 x 1,900 mm) to be equipped with different screening systems including the specially adapted expansion-shaft Bivitec Flip-Flow technology of Keestrack’s Austrian development partner Binder & Co.

Representing the Keestrack tracked crusher range will be the jaw crusher unit Keestrack B4 (formerly the Apollo) and the impact crusher R3 (Destroyer 1011). With a maximum feed size of 600 mm the 42-tonne B4 jaw crusher offers production rates up to 400 t/hr (inlet: 1,100 x 700 mm; CSS. 45 to 160 mm).

With less than 30 ts transport weight including all options, the R3 is the smallest of Keestrack’s impact crushers, but offers the same unrivalled versatility and productivity in primary and secondary crushing. The compact unit features pre-screening and the direct driven Keestrack impact crusher with 770 x 960 mm inlet opening and a heavy and very effective rotor.
