Manufacturer Yanmar has added to its dealer network with the signing of Germany-based Schreiber Baumaschinen.

Based in Bremen, Schreiber has been selling and renting compact construction machinery at several locations for over 80 years. Its customers mostly belong to the building and road construction sector as well as civil engineering.

Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe sales and marketing director Andreas Hactergal said the deal expanded the manufacturer’s distribution in the northern German market.

“The company is very well connected in the region and it serves customers from various sectors. Now, also civil engineering companies have direct access to Yanmar products. We look forward to a good co-operation.”

And Schreiber managing director Bernd Burzlaff added, “With Yanmar, we complement our portfolio in the compact section. We know our customers’ needs and requirements – these are perfectly met by Yanmar products. Our service ensures that the Yanmar machines are always fully operational.”

Yanmar CEE offers mini excavators, compact excavators and carriers, and wheeled loaders.
