South America

24 April 2008

No South American companies have fleets of more than 1000 aerials, with the largest, probably Mills Rental in Brazil, having an estimated 700 machines. After that, fleet sizes fall pretty dramatically, with another Brazilian company, Trimak, having around 300 machines and Bilden (Brazil) and Alo Rental (Chile) close to 200.

There could be an additional eight companies in the region with fleets of between 150 and 80 machines, including (in approximate descending order of size) Finning (Chile), Parana (Brazil), Compresores & Equipos (Peurto Rico), Sullair Argentina, Estat (Brazil), and Mexican companies Madisa, Maqsa and Tracsa.
