Nationwide Platforms adds 84 m Ruthmann to fleet
The UK's Nationwide Platforms has added an 84m Ruthmann truck mounted platform to its fleet following increased demand for such a product from the UK rental market.
CTE wins 266 platform order from Iraq
The Kurdistan Region of Iraq has completed a €10 million order for 266 CTE truck-mounted telescopic platforms from Ster Group, regional representative of Italian manufacturer CTE Group.

The Skyking division of the UK's King Highway Products Limited has developed a new 14m working height platform in conjuction with Loglogic for use on its Softrak off-road vehicle. The machine will be officially launched at the UK show Vertikal Days on 27 and 28 June at Haydock Park nr Liverpool.
Ruthmann's launches Height Performance range
As promised Ruthmann has unveiled the first model in its Height Performance range, designed to provide users with a truck mounted machine with a high performance:price ratio. The new 46m working height model, Steiger T460, features some of the engineering and material technologies employed on the Steiger T330 - a recent winner in the 2012 International Awards for Powered Access (IAPA). In particular the multibend profile of the boom, which is made from high strength, fine-grained steel.
Socage launches 32m on 7.5t chassis
Socage's new 32m platform on a 7.5t truck chassis is designed to compete in the German speaking parts of Europe and is of particular interest to its Russian importer, Chaika Service, which has already sold 250 Socage platforms.

Italian manufacturer Socage will show a new compact 32m machine at Intermat mounted on a 7.5t chassis. The DAJ332 has a lightweight hydraulic jib, which, Socage said, gives it the ability to carry out boom articulations that a standard double articulated platform could not perform.

Isoli launches compact 23m truck-mount.
Isoli's new PNT230 23m truck-mount is mounted on a 3.5t GVW Nissan Cabstar with a short wheel-base - 2.9m. The dual sigma-type riser and three section top boom provide a maximum outreach of 11m. For very restricted working conditions the outriggers can be deployed within the overall width of the vehicle, but outreach is then automatically limited to 9m.
